So, on the day “X” Georgy and Maria came to Piazza Michelangelo, which was planned as the destination of their tour around the city. It was an early evening and Maria had no thoughts but to admire the great view after a long day of exploring the wonderful city of Florence with her soulmate. We booked the table in a restaurant at the top of the hill and organised a trio of musicians (violin, harp and viola) that came just half an hour before, pretending to be live music provided by the restaurant. When the couple came, the trio started to play creating a magical atmosphere. Guess whose table, decorated with white roses and a few sparkling candles, was right in front of the musical band?
Right after the couple ordered the dessert, the trio started to play the favourite classical composition of Maria, and right after the first tunes Georgy started to smile and opened a little box with the sparkling ring. According to Maria’s face, the whole world became brighter for her at that moment. She closed her mouth with her hands and nodded her head. We did not know Gregory very well, but we do not think he has ever looked as happy as he looked that day. Right after they kissed each other, and a few rockets of fireworks lightened the sky up.
